Dulcimoon Fundraiser Concert & Q/A

The Dulcimoon Virtual Dulcimer Festival is offering music & conversation to liven up your Sunday afternoon! We’ll have music on the hour & half-hour throughout the 3-hour event. There will be time for conversation with the artists and producers of this unique event.
Yes, it’s a fundraiser, and we’ll have some give-aways to our donors during this event. But it’s also a connection opportunity for the growing Dulcimoon community, online.

Here’s the schedule (all times are Central):
2pm – Erin Mae kicks us off with a tune or two and time for some conversation
2:30pm – DJ Hamouris offers up some songs and talks about the creation of Dulcimoon
3pm – Judy House plays and talks about dulcimer education and teachers
3:30pm – Karen Mueller musical offering via video
4pm – Tina Bergman plays some of her fave tunes & is available for Q&A about the hammer dulcimer
4:30pm – Play along jam!
5pm – fond farewells

* Dulcimoon is a woman-led, virtual dulcimer festival where all are welcome. We are shining a light on the women of the dulcimer community – as musicians, as teachers, as event producers. Dulcimoon strives to create a community culture fostering collective exploration & personal expression. Our leaders encourage possibilities in a supportive & cooperative learning environment, allowing for play.
